As the next Sales Operations Support Specialist, you will ensure the execution and compliance to 3DS (Dasasult Systemes) macro processes to optimize Business Performance and Operational Efficiency of the Customer Online Experience sales by providing support to our customers during sales engagements and enriching the DS Experience.
What will your role be?
As the Sales Helpdesk Expert, you will provide support to the sales team on processes & tools.
- Responsibilities will include: Territory Validation, Lead Service Center, CRM, Order & Installed Base Management, Site Records, and Financial Records.
- Facilitate communication, collaboration, and coordination:
- Between Business Development, Sales, and local/global corporate sales functions
- Legal, Pricing, Business Administration, Finance, Support
Your Key Success Factors:
- Bachelor's degree

- Administrative and operationally minded
- Advanced capabilities in Excel

Compensation & Benefits
