What will your role be?

We are seeking a key Sales Manager whose primary mission is to achieve revenue target and growth objectives of the territory (list of accounts, list of Industry Process Experiences) while performing end-to-end customer engagements from OPEN lead to CLOSE and delivering revenue plan.

The Sales Manager will be accountable to systematically engage in selling to customers by demonstrating the value of our Industry Solution Experiences, Industry Process Experiences.

The challenges ahead:

  • Sell 3DS value and strategic vision by promoting Brand Promise and Industry Fundamentals to get customer commitment on a long-term business transformation
  • Leverage 3DEXPERIENCE Platform as our favorite channel for intimate clients’ relationships and align 3DS Ecosystem activities & deliverables.
  • Sell on value through assigned Industry Solutions Experiences/Industry Process Experiences (Brands) & Roles within a defined territory.
  • Perform end-to-end sales engagements compliant with the DS Referential - LEVERAGE and VALUE ENGAGEMENT processes – And consistent with IFWE Loop engagement.
  • Define a successful sales strategy to hit revenue target and sustain growth objectives leveraging sales initiatives defined by Brands among others
  • Generate growth, in assigned territory according to sourcing built on Industry Market Analysis in compliance with TARGET process, covering installed base, Supply network & Ecosystem.

Your key success factors:

  • 10+ years of successful software solution sales experience 
  • Knowledge of MES/MOM or supply chain and digital manufacturing 
  • Domain/Industry experience in Discrete Manufacturing
  • Ability to set Customer Value Roadmap and maximize Sales Value
  • Knowledge of Sales Process & Tools 
  • Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory
  • Effective Communication (both Italian and English)
  • The position is based in Italy
