Do you want to experience real growth in your professional career? Here is an exciting opportunity, which allows you to do so. We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive in Dubai in charge of our solution DELMIA to develop our Middle East market. You will be part of our Key Account Sales Team in Eurowest, report directly to our Sales Director DELMIA EUROWEST based in Madrid. 


What will you role be?


  • The primary mission of the sales expert is to achieve revenue target and growth objectives of his territory (list of accounts, list of Industry Process Experiences). He performs end-to-end customer engagements from OPEN lead to CLOSE, compliant with the DS Referential - LEVERAGE process - and deliver revenue plan. For that, he will be accountable to engage by value (VALUE ENGAGEMENT framework), positioning and selling to customers how to get the value of our Industry Solution Experiences, Industry Process Experiences (Brands) and Roles.
  • Sell 3DS value and strategic vision by promoting Brand Promise and Industry Fundamentals to get customer commitment on a long-term business transformation
  • Leverage 3DEXPERIENCE Platform as our favorite channel for intimate clients’ relationships (IFWE LOOP) and align 3DS Ecosystem activities & deliverables.
  • Sell on value through assigned Industry Solutions Experiences/Industry Process Experiences (Brands) & Roles within a defined territory.
  • Perform end-to-end sales engagements compliant with the DS Referential - LEVERAGE and VALUE ENGAGEMENT processes – And consistent with IFWE Loop engagement.
  • Manage negotiation with the customer by complying with all 3DS engagement processes (SBO, IOC, CLOSA, Revenue recognition), government and local regulations, DS policies and ethical standards  
  • Define a successful sales strategy to hit revenue target and sustain growth objectives leveraging sales initiatives defined by Brands among others
  • Generate growth, in assigned territory according to sourcing built on Industry Market Analysis in compliance with TARGET process, covering :
    • Installed base
    • “Supply network” & Ecosystem
    • The “like” accounts
    • The new Core Industry 
  • Transform Marketing and Sales (based on DS Referential – LEVERAGE process) leads into Opportunities
  • Orchestrate 3DS answer to Request For Proposal

Your key success factors

Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience of complex software solutions via value-based selling 

Experienced in a similar role, knowledgeable about supply chain planning and optimization software solutions.

Knowledge and experience in Middle East market are strongly preferred

You are creative, dynamic and perseverant; you are autonomous and self-motivated. 

You have client service mindset with strong problem solving skills; 

You possess excellent communication skills to convince senior decision makers. 

You are an excellent team player and able to drive and motivate colleagues to deliver in a matrix and fast-paced environment. 

You speak fluently English; skillsets in French and Arabic are nice to have
