RTR Tax Intern

Role Description & Responsibilities:

RTR Tax Intern:

• Support RTR Tax Accountant in handling tax compliance activities/ matters in Asia BUs
• Ensure the accuracy on tax compliance submission of legal entities on timely manner and compliance with internal controls, company policies, IFRS and local statutory tax regulations
• Assist to prepare/update the work documentation and work processes
• Update and track tax calendar of Asia BUs

RTR Accounting Intern:

• Support RTR Accountant in handling monthly accounting activities/ matters in Asia BUs.
• Assist with data entry, report extraction and financial spreadsheets updates.
• Ensure accuracy in accounting entries and maintain organized financial record keeping.
• Assist to prepare/update the working instruction documentation and work processes. 

Qualifications: 

• Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or any relevant fields of study, with adequate accounting knowledge
• Good knowledge and experience in using Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• 6 months of availability
• Effective oral and written English communicationskills. Other languages skillsets such as Mandarin/Chinese, Korean or Japanese will give you an added advantage
• Detailed oriented & meticulous, analytical skill, proactive, enthusiasm in learning and fast learner
