R&D Development Engineer (Java)

 We are looking for experienced Java Developers, with emphasis on debug, enhance and implement new features and functionality in CATIA Systems Engineering and other Apps.  CATIA is the flagship Brand of Dassault Systems and Systems Engineering is one of the fast emerging area across various industries.

 

What will your job be?

• Analyze, plan, design, develop, implement and maintain software in R&D environment
• Use test driven strategies to ensure code quality, and collaborate with the team to ensure feature quality
• Make your applications available on cloud based 3DEXPERIECE Platform  as per the release schedule
• Leverage various methodologies to anticipate and mitigate risks, ensure team health and manage complex tasks
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior level developers, in sharing knowledge and encouraging professional growth

The Challenges ahead

• Be a vital part of the R&D team, to deliver mission critical software.  You will work in a highly collaborative environment with Product Manager, other Developers and QA team members
• Should be a quick learner and able to adopt team specific best practices related with coding, documentation and and release management in a short span
• Be self-motivated and eager to engage in high impact, challenging engineering problems while continuously raising the standard of quality in our products and services in a full solutions-oriented environment
