What will your role be?

As an Industry Process Consultant in our Product Virtual Twin group, you will be responsible for developing and executing the indirect sales strategy of Dassault Systemes. This will require working very closely with our Value Added Resellers (VARs) making them autonomous in selling and supporting DS solutions. You will engage with VARs using the Value Engagement framework to sell our Industry Solution Experiences (ISEs) and Industry Process Experiences (IPEs).

Challenges ahead

  • Become a technical sales champion and build a trusted advisor relationship with our partners and customers.
  • Become a storyteller to demonstrate and articulate our solutions in response to Request for Proposal (RFP), Proof of Concepts (POC), or benchmarks.
  • Work with extended DS technical teams to assist VARs in demonstrating our solutions based on the Value Engagement framework.
  • Coach VARs to design, architect, and deliver “as-is” and “to-be” solutions based on the outcomes from the Value assessment and the Value definition phase of the customer engagement.
  • Work with the extended DS sales teams to assist VARs in their strategic sales programs to expand the DS footprint by upselling and cross selling our solutions.
  • Work with VARs to make sure that their sales and technical capacities are aligned with DS strategies.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and validate VARs accreditation and certifications status.
  • Travel required


Key Success Factors

  • BS with 4 - 5 years of relevant experience, MS with 2 - 3 years of experience, PHD a plus.
  • Software sales experience through reseller channel.
  • Industry experience in Model Based Systems Engineering(MBSE) using tools and languages such as Magic Draw, Cameo, Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect, UML / SysML
  • Industry experience in3D design engineering using products such as Catia (preferred) Solidworks, Creo, NX, or other commercial 3D design tools.
  • Working knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE platform with respect to MBSE, modeling and simulation is preferred.
  • Knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE platform architecture in design, simulation, and manufacturing with products such as Enovia, Catia, Simulia, Solidworks, and Delmia.
