Your Mission: 

The Product Operations Manager is a key role in our Clinical Trial Management System to support and implement best practices in our product management cycles for our suite of solutions. Our range of applications is crucial to manage and optimise the complex operations of a clinical trial, which translates into reducing the time and cost of delivering new therapies to patients.

We are looking for a driven Product Operations Manager who will be responsible for enhancing and standardising our internal product processes and analytics to accelerate the development and commercialization of our cloud-based products. 


Your Commitments: 

  • Support the product organisation by defining and implementing processes for managing our cross-functional roadmaps including the centralisation of several sources of feedback 

  • Improve and maintain our product analytics by creating automated dashboards and periodic reports to support and inform product in the decision making

  • Implement best practices to set, monitor and achieve our business key results

  • Improve and standardize our product internal processes, guidelines, documentation,  templates and other contents

  • Optimise and monitoring the tools and processes we used to plan, measure and communicate the product teamwork

  • Enhance and maintain the onboarding and planning process of product hires

Your Competencies:

  • Superior organisational skills with the ability to create structure from ambiguous situations

  • A strong and proactive approach to continuous improvement driving high efficiencies and clear communications

  • Superior analytical, problem-solving, quantitative, and critical thinking abilities to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive product decisions.

  • Strengths in problem-solving, issue-resolution, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in an agile development environment. 

  • Strong people skills to lead collaboration across functions and organizations

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and great attention to detail 


Your Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (in a quantitative or business discipline, e.g. business administration, management information systems, computer science, engineering, or related field) 

  • Demonstrable experience in Product Analytics and dashboard creation and automation

  • Experience managing complex processes involving many stakeholders and competing priorities

  • Experience working with Agile development teams to successfully deliver enterprise software products
