As a continuously growing company, we are looking for a solution-oriented People Career and Performance (HR) Partner based in Den Bosch, the Netherlands for our Performance and Reward / Move function as part of the Global People Team.

As an integral part of Human Resources team, the People Career and Performance Partner is responsible for building, facilitating and supporting employee mobility, performance and constant evolution within 3DS organization.

 

What will your role be?

  • Act as the primary point of contact for individual employee and managers to facilitate the understanding and execution of the mobility process and performance management process
  • Promote our career development opportunities as well as our recognition and reward strategy
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees in the definition of the career development objectives and the action plan to implement to reach the goal
  • Work with business leaders to identify potential gaps in term of skills or performance in their organization and partner with Learn & Grow to implement effective employee and manager development initiatives
  • Help onboard employees in their new roles, manage exit interview and provide attrition insights.
  • Manage departures process (termination, resignation, dismissal process), 
  • Contribute to the design, implementation and management of Global/Local Programs in term of Mobility, Performance management and Reward.
  • Coach Managers in setting performance objectives that effectively align employee performance with the objective framework, clarify specific expectations and performance measurement criteria.
  • Promote timely and constructive feedback continuously throughout the year, help monitor mid-year review and year end result assessment.

 

The challenge ahead

The global Human Resources team is transforming its organization as a whole and adopting new ways of working, whereby the organization is more focused on specialized service delivery.

The People Career and Performance Partner will be an instrumental role in the new organization set up to support managers and employees with any topic related to Mobility and Performance.

Your key success factors:

  • You have work experience for instance as a HR Business Partner or HR specialist in an HR department of a commercial and international oriented matrix organization and have an experience with Dutch labor relations and:
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to processes and procedures.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills: give constructive feedback and active listening skills; embodying principles of emotional and social intelligence (ESI)
  • A problem solver with who can deal with conflicts/with positive conflict resolution approach
  • Ability to builds strong relationships with integrity with stakeholders on different levels of the organization and excellent negotiation skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of employment laws, policies & compliance regulations
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written and any further (EU) language
