What will your role be?

The Partner Sales Support Specialist will work closely with the Sales Director and Partner Sales Managers in the UK & Ireland to:

  • Provide first line sales support for queries from our network of partners, who sell and support the 3DEXPERIENCE Works portfolio of software products, including SOLIDWORKS 3D CAD.
  • Work on strategic sales and marketing projects to support the regions target achievement.
  • Become the go-to expert on our internal systems.
  • Provide a pool of talent to grow within the organisation.


The Challenge Ahead:

The role includes day-to-day activity to support the partner sales team, but there is also a lot of opportunity for growth and personal development through strategic projects and shadowing of Partner Sales Managers at partner and customer meetings.

  • Day to Day Responsibilities:
    • Checking opportunities for partner engagement.
    • Management of partner discount allocation.
    • Creation of internal sales dashboards.
    • Expediting partner issues through internal liaison.
    • Tracking partner sales capacity.
    • Allocation of sales leads to our partners.
    • Compiling monthly & quarterly sales reports.
    • Organising and populating partner and customer events.
  • Strategic Initiatives:
    • Database segmentation and analysis.
    • Execution of sales & marketing campaigns through our partners for new products or specific segments; previous examples include programs to target dormant accounts and Incubators/Accelerators.
    • Opportunity for outbound calling to articulate the value of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to customers and prospects, as well as monitoring product usage.

Your key success factors

  • We can consider candidates who are due to graduate this year, or with some business related experience from a Sales environment.
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering or Technology.
  • Able to commence full time work from September 2022.
  • Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure we are providing quick and accurate responses to aid the partner sales activities.  
  • Organisation skills to be able to drive & coordinate channel sales related projects and program activities.
  • We are looking for a confident, meticulous and adaptable individual who is open to a fast-paced environment and willing to learn and make the role their own.
