Partner Sales Manager, Simulation
Role description & Responsibilities
SIMULIA team is in need of a partner sales manager to grow simulation business in East CHINA .
Your main responsibility including:
- Develop regional channel strategy and plan for SIMULIA & SIMULIAWORKS business;
- Manage regional VAR (pipeline, technical enablement) along with partner enablement team;
- Enlist new VARs fro SIMULIA new acquisitions;
- Drive regional program to promote simulia business and generate leads
- Guide and mentor industry teams, partners, and create credible pipeline to meet and exceed annual targets.
- Engage with major account customers directly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, 5+ years’ CAE sales experience ;
- Rich experience in direct sales and channel management;
- Familiar with Simulation domain,Past hands-on experience preferred;
- Strong communication skill (Chinese & English)is required
