Partner Sales Manager, Simulation

Role description & Responsibilities

SIMULIA team is in need of a partner sales manager to grow simulation business in East CHINA .

Your main responsibility including:

  • Develop regional channel strategy and plan for SIMULIA & SIMULIAWORKS business;
  • Manage regional VAR (pipeline, technical enablement) along with partner enablement team;
  • Enlist new VARs fro SIMULIA new acquisitions;
  • Drive regional program to promote simulia business and generate leads
  • Guide and mentor industry teams, partners, and create credible pipeline to meet and exceed annual targets.
  • Engage with major account customers directly


  • Bachelor's degree, 5+ years’ CAE sales experience ;
  • Rich experience in direct sales and channel management;
  • Familiar with Simulation domain,Past hands-on experience preferred;
  • Strong communication skill (Chinese & English)is required
