Partner Sales Manager- North Region
As a part of CPE Value Wide regional PSM, he is responsble for driving regional business together with VARs to achieve his regional target, build a profitable, sustainable ecosystems.
Define regional sales strategy to achieve territory sales quota( CPE all protofolio) Manage & develop regional eco-system, manage partner conflict, build a healthy regional eco-systemDefine and execute the territory VAR coverage and capacity planRegular pipeline , opportunity managementLeading regional VAR growth
Background:
6 -7 years experience in technology sales position with manufacturing industry background and know-how
Both having direct sales experience and partner management experience is preferred
Experience in PLM or other complex software products,e.g.ERP
Honest, Faster learner with high sense of responsibility preferred
Good communication skill & interpersonal skills
Can withstand pressure, be resilient, and not easily give up
