  • 시뮬리아(CAE) 솔루션에 대한 파트너사(대리점) 영업 지원 및 교육
  • 본사와 한국법인 내부에서 정기적인 영업 진행상황 보고
  • 연간 비즈니스 플랜 작성 및 분기별 매출 관리
  • CRM tool 사용



  • 학력: 학사이상 졸업자 (전공 무관)
  • 경력: 영업 경력 3년 이상 (CAE 관련 업계의 경력자 우대)
  • 채널영업 경력 보유자 우대
  • CAE Software 사용 유 경험자 우대 (SIMULIA, Abaqus, Xflow, CST, fe-safe, Simpack 등)
  • Business Communication 수준의 영어 능력 (English Level 참고: Native > Fluent > Business Level > Intermediate > Basic)
  • 국내외 출장에 결격사유 없음



Partner Sales Manager(PSM) - Sales Expert (SIMULIA)

  • The primary mission of the sales expert is to achieve revenue target and growth objectives of his territory (list of accounts, list of Brand offers). He performs end-to-end customer engagements from OPEN lead  to CLOSE, compliant with the DS Sales process referential and deliver revenue plan.
  • Sell 3DS value and strategic vision by promoting Brand Promise and Industry Fundamentals to get customer commitment on a long-term business transformation for which he will be accountable to engage on value (Through DS Framework). 
  • Leverage 3DEXPERIENCE Platform as our favorite channel for intimate clients’ relationships (and align 3DS Ecosystem activities & deliverables.


Role description

  • Sell assigned offers (Brands) within a defined territory.
  • Perform end-to-end sales engagements compliant with the DS Referential while leveraging DS Platform as a communication channel both internally and externally.  
  • Manage negotiation with the customer by complying with all 3DS engagement processes (Finance, Legal), government and local regulations, DS policies and ethical standards.  
  • Define a successful sales strategy to hit revenue target and sustain growth objectives leveraging sales initiatives defined by Brands among others
  • Generate growth, in assigned territory according to sourcing built on Industry Market Analysis.
  • Transform Marketing and Sales leads into Opportunities
  • Orchestrate 3DS answer to Request For Proposal (RFP)
  • Build and develop trusted relationships at executive level and within all layers of client organization to ensure sustainable business for 3DS
  • Promote the 3DS vision and Brand Promise
  • Contribute to best practices based on Lessons Learned (including Root Cause Analysis, Analytics, Loss reviews)
  • Use and fulfill DS CRM according the corporate guidance, making sure that data are up to date.





  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Majored in Engineering, technology, Mathematics or related fields Preferred.
  • Channel Sales experience preferred
  • Business Level in English language (written and spoken)
  • Strong interpersonal skills to add value in customer relations
