We are looking for an Industry Marketing Leader with proven enterprise Digital Marketing expertise, to lead our Marine & Offshore enterprise marketing programs. For Dassault Systèmes Marine & Offshore Industry market, your mission will be to:

- Support the Field Marketing strategy, ensure sustainable business growth by defining, developing and delivering marketing plans, and associated integrated, multi-touch marketing programs to REACH, ENGAGE and CONVERT our business audience on an irresistible marketing journey.

- Create marketing programs complete with messaging, assets, execution guidelines to drive customer and prospect engagement, supporting the awareness, pipeline generation in accordance with the strategic elements of the Marketing Engagement model.

 

What will you role be?

- Investigate, read press articles, specialized magazines in order to better understand the new trends and challenges of Naval, Marine & Offshore segments industry market and anticipate future transformation driving our Dassault Systèmes industry strategy

- Leverage Market Intelligence and Industry Priorities to define a holistic marketing strategy per Industry.

- Collaborate with Industry, Brand and Sales Management teams to define campaigns, content plans, and strategies focused on the targeted audience and 3DS business drivers based on analytics

- Enrich with Marketing Intelligence part of the Audience Journey

- Define and deliver a full view of 1-year marketing programs plan and recommended tactics to support the business objectives

- Interlock with the entire marketing ecosystem especially GEO Marketing Leaders and the Digital Team for delivery and execution of plans and content to support all Customer Value Engagement.

- Build and implement the content strategy (as part of the Marketing Plan) aligned with the What To Market strategy and, when relevant, on the What To Sell, to support the deployment and the adoption of our solutions

- Coordinate with Industry Expert team to create or to leverage existing compelling marketing content and ensure its consistency and differentiation at all stages of the buyer's journey

- Ensure the consistency of the content planning and delivery on owned, paid and earned media including Corporate and Industry events, 3DS websites and internal or external digital communities (3DSwym, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter among others), to leverage the core business drivers for Marine & Offshore Industry

- Industry, Sustainability, Public Sector Yearly Marketing plans

- Multi-Touch Industry Marketing Programs plans aligned with the audience’s journey and industry plans

- High quality, creative campaigns / content that drive customer and prospect engagement into irresistible marketing experience resulting in a strong reach and high volume of inquiries and leads depending on defined KPIs.

- Website pages for Industry and/or Brands

- Support to all execution marketing tactics (SEO, events, Social Media, Paid Media,…) by providing relevant messages and content

 

Your key success factors

- From 5-10 years of marketing experience, knows how to create content that engages customers and prospects resulting in measurable revenue. Education: College degree required

- Fluent English is necessary; other Dassault Systèmes Language (French especially) are appreciated.

- Passion and creativity to innovation in the B2B market, in particular for the Marine & Offshore industry segments (Naval & Commercial shipyards, offshore, Yatchs, Marine suppliers etc…)

- Very proficient in Marketing Planning & Strategy, content activation, inbound marketing, and social media platform

- An organized, data-centric mindset; keen attention to detail, processes, and deadlines.
