The primary mission of the Learning Specialist Trainee is to support the team in the roll out of their strategic projects as well as the day-to-day operational tasks.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to challenging projects in a dynamic environment, both nationally and internationally.
What will your role be?
- Support the HR team in the design of training and development solutions through the execution of operational activities, always keeping in mind the team strategy, company culture and values
- Support the implementation of HQ projects in our market
- Operational management of external providers in support of the training events
- Ensure collaboration and consistency in training and development projects
- Support the internal communication
- Support the team in special Learning&Development international projects
Your Key success factor
- Master’s degree in Psychology or Education
- Digital culture oriented
- International mindset
- 360-Degree thinker
- Problem solver
- Proactive, resourceful and dynamic
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Excellent communication skills
- Expert in Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, etc…)
- Multi-task and deadlines oriented in fast-paced environment
- Oriented to work in a team and not afraid to face any challenges
- Previous experience in L&D sector is a plus.
