The challenges ahead...
We are seeking a key LATAM Sales Support Specialist whose mission is to  support Sales and Partners on pipeline management (from lead to PO/Key Delivery) and support Renewals management in a defined territory. 

What will your role be?

  • Support Renewals Management (in collaboration with the Sales / Partners team)
  • Prepare and optimize quote renewals (merge, harmonize anniversary dates …)
  • Process renewals which do not require the Sales team involvement -
  • Request special invoice format and check Invoices
  • Manage license keys renewal with collaboration of the Key Management Center
  • Facilitate cash collection issue/claim fixing
  • Monitor ongoing renewals with Partners
  • Ensure renewals to be managed on time
  • Deploy renewal best practices to the Sales / Partners
  • Contribute to YLC/ALC accurate forecasting

Sales Helpdesk (1):

  • Provide Sales / Partners support based on their daily activities / request (Process & tools: DSx.Client Sale, DSx.Client Care and Order, PPI, Partner Dashboard, Partner Portal)
  • Ensure end to end request management for the Sales / Partners (open, follow-up, closure) including escalation to the key stakeholders (Legal, Finance, SBA, Pricing, etc.)
  • Identify and capitalize Best Practices within the sales tools to optimize the overall process
  • Identify skill up needs to be delivered through Sales Operations Knowledge base or dedicated trainings to the Sales / Partners
  • Identify key materials to support salesperson (Customer Reference, Industry materials …)
  • Deliverables:
  • Support Renewals Management (in collaboration with the Sales / Partners team)
  • Renewal (ALC / YLC) contract signed on time
  • Minimize Termination Of Support/STOP of licenses

Sales Helpdesk (2):

  • Support tools requests closed
  • Tools / Process Best Practices
  • DS Process & Tools (DSx.Client Sale, DSx.Client Care and Order, PPI, Partner Dashboard, Partner Portal) user guides implemented


  • Support Renewals Management
  • YLC and ALC target achievement
  • Improve Churn rate
  • Renewal baseline up to date

Your Success factors?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferably; Master’s  degree a plus
  • 8- 10 years of experience in: sales operations, business analysis, leading change, managing projects with multiple tracks, managing CRM system, working with Finance systems is a plus
  • English skills required; Spanish skills a plus
