What will your role be?
User Success (Technical Customer Support) is a great place to learn about our products, our customers, and the company. It is a rewarding role requiring you to apply troubleshooting, problem solving, and customer-facing communication skills to resolve technical software issues.

Your Challenges ahead
Learning all about BIOVIA ScienceCloud, BIOVIA’s SaaS platform, and applications hosted on ScienceCloud.

Managing customer-submitted service requests, communicating with end users, and resolving technical issues. Providing predefined solutions to known problems. Contributing to the BIOVIA Support Knowledge Base. Working with R&D to continuously improve the quality of BIOVIA software products.

Your Key Success Factors

Actively enrolled in a Bachelors or higher degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant science degree, or similar, for the duration of the internship.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
Scientific qualification or background would be an advantage, but is not required.
Ability to work onsite at the San Diego, CA office for the duration of the internship
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proven problem solving ability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer friendly personality
Comfortable working with people at every level of a company
Experience with relational databases is a plus
