What will your role be?
The mission is to define, in collaboration with the Sales Expert - Client Executive, the account strategy from an early stage and to lead its technical execution from lead generation and opportunity identification to successful implementation, according to the 3DS Value Engagement Framework.
This role reveals and demonstrates to customers how to maximize the value of the Infrastructure, Energy & Materials (IE&M) Industry Solutions portfolio, applying Value Engagement framework.
Through IFWE Loop, the individual drives customers to address their business transformation by re-engineering their processes.
The Industry Process Consultant also drives the 3DS ecosystem on a group of related projects and program activities to achieve customer’s goals and 3DS commitments.
You will secure, expand and grow the 3DS footprint, influence each actor to combine technologies and look into future capabilities.
The challenges ahead
- Acting as a trusted advisor for the Customer, and represent the interests of 3DS
- Developing strong leadership to influence Customer Transformation Strategy
- Being able to articulate the value we deliver and understand how the products fulfill the business needs.
- Communicating 3DS value by taking a bottom-up and/or top-down approach
- Creating and developing high value and trusted relationships with Customer’s Champions and facilitating access to Customer’s Executive levels
- Orchestrating and prioritizing all technical activities in a coherent way to drive and ensure business objectives achievement and respect of customer commitment
- Lead and / or Contribute to Technical Operation reviews
- Leverage 3DS external customer and ecosystem interaction, and capitalize all relevant information
Your key success factors
- Masters in Mechanical Engineering
- Effective communication skills
- A strong appreciation for engineering
- Proven experience working in a Simulation and PLM environment
- Experience in other highly engineering-centric industries
- Ability to be a team player, manage ecosystem and matrix relationships
