Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support pre-sales activities including demos, workshops, and solution design.
  • Analyze and re-engineer customer processes using AI & SaaS best practices.
  • Collaborate with account teams and technical experts to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Apply cloud and AI technologies to map business innovation into actionable outcomes.
  • Capture and share use cases, best practices, and AI-enabled insights across teams.

Qualifications

  • Master�s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 0�3 years� experience in SaaS, cloud, AI, or process consulting.
  • Passion for AI, SaaS, and enterprise innovation
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English.

AI & SaaS Skills

  • SaaS and cloud computing platforms (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS).
  • AI programming (Python, NLP, LLMs).
  • Machine learning / AI model development.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based AI tools (DeepSeek, Mita, Kimi, etc.).
  • Ability to interpret AI-driven insights and apply them to business.
  • Prompt engineering and semantic modeling (RDF/RDFS/OWL).
  • Performance & scalability optimization
