Facilities Manager
Your Role:
As a Facilities Manager, you will oversee the efficient operation, safety, and presentation of our facilities, ensuring an outstanding environment for both employees and visitors. You will lead a dedicated team, manage vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvements in maintenance, security, and sustainability. Your Responsibilities:
- Lead site operations for business continuity & excellence in the UK
- Manage Facilities team in the UK
- Ensure that premises are in safe and sound conditions
- Coordinate and manage reception services in relevant sites
- Participate to the office space design and allocation to promote the 3DS image and secure a pleasant work environment to each employee
- Ensure compliance of the premises in terms of local regulations & obligations
- Manage and supervise the building access rules and procedures with Security
- Manage the office space to optimize the team organization and work conditions
- Supervise external contractors as required
- Ensure that service providers deliver best in class service by ensuring compliance with contract clauses
- Maintain regular exchange with landlord´s facilities managers
- Ensure sites compliance with 3DS identity & culture and security
- Align sites to corporate sustainability strategy, participate in sustainability initiatives and deployment of policies and procedures
- Deliver Facilities support for UK sites and respect defined SLA (people support ticket)
- Coordinate creation of eProcurement requests for purchase related to real estate and facilities
- Manage maintenance and repair procedures and scheduling for preventative and predictive maintenance
- Ensure data quality of site information (through the DSx.Facilities tool)
- Manage audit, control & compliance reports
- Ensure availability of Facilities services and office furniture during opening hours of sites
- Manage Facilities improvements and corrections plan
- Achieve Facilities budget
- Manage local health and safety programs and requirements including ergonomics
