Be the Next Game Changer
You will lead product commercial operations and go-to-market strategy for the Synthetic Control Arm®️ solution, which utilizes historical clinical trial data to augment/replace controls. You will work with a dynamic team of product owners, biostatisticians, data/project managers, data scientists and business experts across sales, marketing, legal and finance.
Participates with other senior managers to establish commercial strategic plans and objectives.
Supports and executes long-term plans for cost/profit control.
Evangelizes use of new technologies and industry-leading trends internally and externally.
Perform analyses to drive strategic decision making
Regularly interacts with executives and/or major customers. Interactions frequently involve special skills, such as negotiating with customers or management or attempting to influence senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization.
Support targeted client consulting engagements leveraging our data and products, build case studies and drive adoption
Collaborate with other teams to guide the marketing, sales and pricing of new products
Develop internal and external communication materials, translating and summarizing technical information for business audiences
Requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in life science and development of data / analytics driven solutions with a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business discipline (business administration, management information systems, computer science, engineering, statistics or related field); or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience

An established track record of successful product management and delivery
Demonstrated experience with clinical research and development across multiple disease states
Ability to effectively influence without power, working across multidisciplinary teams leveraging large amounts of data, developing analytics and delivering insights to improve business decisions
Outstanding communication skills (written and oral) including ability to translate between business and technical domains and interface with customers
Ability to comfortably handle both big picture and details
Strong business analysis skills: solving complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the industry, company and solution.
Experience having direct reports
Familiarity with concepts such as databases, programming, statistical modeling, machine learning, data visualization
Experience with analytics and/or statistics within the life sciences industry
Nice to have(s) but not required…
MBA or MS/MPH preferred, with a concentration in data-driven decision making, statistics, consulting or health care
Working experience with Real World Data (RWD) providers and/or Contract Research Organizations (CROs)
