The Customer Solutions Industry Process Consultant's mission is to reveal and demonstrate to customers how to maximize the value of the ENOVIA portfolio by applying the Value Engagement framework for European Mediterranean (EUROMED).

What will your role be?

  • Drive customers to address their business transformation by re-engineering their processes, leveraging 3DEXPERIENCE platform Industry Processes. 
  • Collaborating with the DS internal ecosystem, master of 3DEXPERIENCE platform usage and value through Industry Processes.
  • Understand how the products fulfill the business needs and contribute to increasing the deal size, accelerate deal signature and secures successful go-live
  • Contribute to the execution of the Value Engagement activities and deliverables, according to the different phases, with a specific focus on gate reviews
  • Articulate value, based on identified KPIs and KVIs, using storylines based on the Customer Value Model and adapting them to the audience, whether it is a User, a Process Owner or a Business Owner
  • Perform assessment and recommendations for PLM infrastructure design
  • PCS tuning and monitoring
  • Define and lead performance scalability and testing projects.

Your key success factors

  • Master of Sciences in Engineering or similar field
  • 3-5 years in a similar pre sales role or technical sales role
  • Previous experience in ICT Company (International experience is considered a plus)
  • Industrial engineering background
  • Experience and skills in PDM-PLM 
  • Ability to analyze business processes, production processes for improvement (ICT field)
  • Experience in collecting and measuring customer feedback on applications
  • Experience in creating business process models and defining technical requirements
  • Demonstrate professional attitude to clients
  • Knowing of ICT sales methodologies and ICT system integration
  • Experience in providing ICT consulting advice and proposing ICT solutions to business problems
  • Experience in consulting techniques and sales argumentation
  • Strong communication skills in partnering with other internal groups and management
  • Self-Motivated & detail oriented
  • Ability to work independently and in a team (cross teams)
  • Fluency in English
  • Active learning & Effective communication
