Cloud Technical Consultant - Customer Success

Our EMEA Hub Team is currently seeking a dynamic English and French-speaking Industry Process Consultant to join our team in beautiful Barcelona, Spain.
The position of Cloud Technical Consultant - Customer Success is focused on technical mastering of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, and it's whole suite of products (Design, Simulation, Governance & Lifecycle, Manufacturing, Marketing), in order to enable value within our customer's projects, maximize customer satisfaction and help secure long-term relationships.
The Cloud Technical Consultant - Customer Success mission is to reveal and demonstrate to customers all over EMEA, how to increase their performance and accelerate the transition to digital continuity of data maximizing the value of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform product, leveraging Dassault Syst�s platform Industry Processes and tools.
Missions

- Use consulting techniques
- Interpret customer technical requirements
- Analyze business processes
- Create business process models
- Advise on efficiency improvements
- Demonstrate functionality of software products
- Design prototypes
- Capitalize on-field activities
- Provide feedback from customer use cases
- Collect customer feedback on applications
- Provide user documentation
- Contribute to internal knowledge libraries
Qualifications
Master of Sciences in engineering or similar experience. Strong industrial engineering background is required.
Technical skills needed
- Bachelor of Sciences in engineering or similar experience. Strong industrial engineering background
- Knowledge of CAD tools and/or CAE software. Knowledge of PLM solutions is a plus
- Confidence in delivering technical solution consulting remotely (through video conferencing tools and innovative digital platforms)
- Fluent both in English, and French
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Passionate about innovative technologies and digital tools
- Able to provide customers with flawless onboarding, and adoption experience
- Eager to create and execute a successful strategy to achieve business goals and objectives
- A proactive self-starter, ambitious, and willing to grow within a great company
