Job Description & Role Responsibilities

  • Partner Collaboration

      • A unique focal point in charge of EDUCATION business.
      • Identify and incubate startup clients to drive them as future growth engines for SOLIDWORKS.
      • Be a customer-facing advocate with the partner to articulate the 3DS value proposition in front of clients.
      • Co-design the go-to-market strategy with the Partner to support, guide, and provide sales and client data insights, ensuring alignment with Dassault Systèmes' growth strategy.
      • Work with the Partner to create the revenue sourcing and contribute to the co-marketing plan.
    • Lead/Opportunity Management
      • Review the pipeline with the Partner and plan actions to trigger Value Up activities on a quarterly basis for Customer Processes and on a weekly and monthly basis for Customer Roles.
      • Prepare & secure the CQ+1 pipeline by working on Leads & Opportunities with your Partners 
      • Contribute to the Marketing Plan with the Partner to generate leads and support sales efforts.
    • Partner Transformation and Enablement
        • Drive Partner development plans to generate growth based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure that the Partner has the necessary certifications to sell the Multi Products.
        • Promote the importance of reference cases and testimonials to showcase best practices with the Partner.
        • Drive partner enablement programs to maintain continuous engagement and knowledge transfer, leading by example by completing relevant certifications linked to your business role.
          • Coach and guide Partners on cloud transformation and adoption strategies, track Cloud users and report any churn reasons.

    Qualifications

    • Proven track record in selling Software, preferably within the software, technology, or engineering sectors.
    • Over 5 years of experience selling software solutions with partner channel.
    • Experience in managing indirect business.
    • A strong understanding of the education market would be highly advantageous.
    • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and navigate complex organizational structures.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
