What will your role be?

Contribute to pipeline and revenue by generating leads, qualifying them.

Telemarketing activities may be managed internally or externally.

Business Developers are in charge to Open and/or manage leads according the LEVERAGE Process

  • Business Developer's cover LEVERAGE from TARGET CONTACT (-8) to QUALIFIED lead (-5) for Marketing or Field Sales Engagement.


BUSINESS DEVELOPERS (Internal resources)

  • Business Development manage contact from TARGETED CONTACT(-8) to ENGAGED (-5)
  • In Field-Sales Engagement business stream, proactively identify and contact prospects based on GEO operational plan.
  • Transform Identified Contacts (-7) from Field Sales Engagement outbound campaigns into Open Leads
  • Transform Open leads into Qualified Leads
    • Check contact & site information
    • Identify the needs and Customers Business Drivers – Direct customer or Partner contact
    • Qualify Leads by providing & justifying mandatory information as per LEVERAGE process
  • Reject or assign them to the relevant sales Team (DS or Partner) 
  • Manage Lead Qualification according agreed OLA (TAT)
  • Responsible for outbound activities assigned to BDR (source: management, self-initiation based on assigned Industry)
  • Ensure other Stakeholders (Inside Sales, Sales Team) are successful in managing the leads according to the OLA
  • Responsible and accountable for lead generation activities by leveraging DS tools - HubSpot/Lusha/Sales Navigator and contribute to pipeline

Your key success factors

  • Education requirement: BS degree
  • Business Development or Telemarketing:  3-5 years’ experience in Sales and/or IT/ Software Solutions
