The Medidata Patient Cloud team is looking for a smart, driven Business Analyst to help drive our patient-facing solutions, enabling Medidata’s customers to better engage patients directly during the course of their clinical trials. This role will interface with large clients, product owners, engineers, operations, and user experience designers to solve large, exciting challenges in the clinical trial technology space. The ultimate measure of success will be creation of innovative solutions that will be eagerly utilized and easily adopted by pharma companies,clinical research organizations of all sizes and clinical trial patients.
The Business Analyst, eConsent is a critical role in the vibrant Patient Cloud product team who connects product managers, software engineers, UI/UX designers, quality assurance and subject matter experts. As a critical component of traditional and decentralized trials, our customers depend on our ability to provide patient-friendly, scalable, easy-to-use solutions that are compliant with the global regulatory landscape, and which are efficient for clinical staff to operate and manage. We focus on maintaining a simple, patient-centric user-experience while providing a rich, state-of-the-art, highly-configurable and growing feature set that can support the diverse needs of the fast-paced, global clinical research industry. Who we’re looking for:
The ideal candidate is an organized, disciplined self-starter who is excited to attack problems without an obvious solution and thrives in fast moving environments. They want to understand how the solutions they are helping to design fit into the big picture, and they are energized by working with professionals that share the same mindset. They appreciate the value of identifying alternative solutions and workarounds, and solving problems creatively with available tools and methods and are unafraid of exploring new approaches. Experience in designing, developing or implementing solutions in a service-oriented architecture, especially in the context of decentralized trials, eCOA or eConsent technologies is a plus.
Requirements (Education & Experience):
