Accessibility Compliance Plan

In accordance with the French RGAA requirements, this plan outlines Dassault Systèmes’ multi-year strategy to improve digital accessibility across our websites and applications.

Introduction

Dassault Systèmes is committed to making its websites accessible in accordance with Article 47 of French Law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005.

This plan describes actions completed to date and sets the strategy for the next 3 years (2024–2026) to progressively improve the accessibility of its websites. It complements our official Accessibility Statement.

Duration of the Plan

This plan covers 2024–2026, in line with RGAA legal requirements. It will be reviewed and updated annually to reflect progress, regulatory updates, and new priorities.

Objectives

Compliance: Align with RGAA 4.1 and related international standards (WCAG 2.1 / EN 301 549).

  • Inclusivity: Ensure accessibility of websites, products, and services for all users, including people with disabilities.
  • Awareness & Training: Train teams and promote a culture of accessibility.
  • Integration: Embed accessibility principles into all stages of digital projects.

  • Governance & Policy: Establish clear responsibilities and processes to monitor accessibility.
  • Accessibility Audits: Conduct regular audits of our priority websites and applications to assess compliance with RGAA.
  • Training & Awareness: Provide continuous training for developers, designers, content managers, and communication teams on accessibility best practices.
  • Tools & Processes: Integrate automated accessibility testing into our development workflows.
  • Content Accessibility: Ensure all new content (text, images, documents, videos) complies with accessibility guidelines.

2024

  • Establish clear responsibilities and processes to monitor accessibility (completed).
  • Identification and selection of digital accessibility tools to ensure compliance of digital services (completed).
  • Train teams and promote a culture of accessibility (completed).
  • Initial audits for Dassault Systèmes websites + additional digital platforms (completed).
  • Launch targeted training for content creators, communication teams, and specialized roles (completed)
  • Accessibility is now part of the Acceptance Criteria for any 3ds.com implementation (completed).

2025

  • Accessibility requirements integrated into 3ds.com Design System (completed).
  • Deploy automated accessibility testing tools across development teams (completed)
  • Put in place a yearly accessibility audit to monitor progress and ensure continuous compliance (completed)
  • Editorial workflows updated to include accessibility guidelines (headings, alt text, links, PDFs, tables...) (completed)
  • Publication of the multi-year digital accessibility plan in compliance with RGAA requirements (completed)
  • Extend audits to priority web applications and additional digital platforms.
  • Strengthen accessibility requirements in the 3ds.com Design System for new UI components.
  • Provide continuous training for developers, designers, content managers, and communication teams on accessibility best practices.

2026

  • Implement continuous monitoring across all corporate websites.
  • Set up automated accessibility testing in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitor feedback from users with disabilities to improve continuously.
  • Ensure all documents promoted on 3ds.com are accessible
  • Conduct regular audits of our priority websites and applications to assess compliance with RGAA.
  • Prepare the next 3-year accessibility plan (2027–2029) to ensure continuity.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Annual Reviews: Yearly evaluation of progress against objectives and planned actions.
  • Public Updates: Accessibility Statement updated annually with the latest compliance status.
  • KPIs:
    • % of audited websites/applications conforming to RGAA.
    • Accessibility issues detected vs. resolved.
    • Average time to fix accessibility defects
  • Feedback Integration: Continuous improvement driven by audits, user feedback (including people with disabilities), and technological updates.

Enforcement procedure

If you identify an accessibility issue preventing access to content or functionality and do not receive a response from us, you have the right to escalate the issue to the French Defender of Rights.
