# Pierre Barnabé

**Pierre Barnabé joined Dassault Systèmes’ Executive Committee in 2026 as Chief Operating Officer, where he leads global operations and oversees the company’ relationship with partners and System Integrators** (C&SI) **worldwide**.

**With more than 20 years of experience in the technology sector, Pierre has led international businesses through periods of transformation, innovation and growth. At Dassault Systèmes, he is in charge of driving operational excellence and accelerating the adoption of the company’s AI-native 3DEXPERIENCE platform and Virtual Twins across industries.**

Before joining Dassault Systèmes, Pierre served as Chief Executive Officer of Soitec, the global semiconductor materials company. He previously held senior leadership positions at Bull, Nokia (formerly Alcatel-Lucent) and Thales,gaining extensive experience across digital technologies and complex international organizations.

His career spans the technologies shaping the future of industry. At Dassault Systèmes, **he helps companies turn technological breakthroughs into transformative innovation, industrial excellence and new sources of value.**

Pierre is a graduate of NEOMA Business School and École Centrale Paris. He is a director at Ipsos and Bull and is a Knight of the French National Order of Merit.
