Dassault Systèmes commits to long-term and increasingly inclusive disability policies through the approval of its sixth consecutive agreement.

This agreement applies to the Dassault Systèmes SE company; its head office in Vélizy-Villacoublay and all its branch offices in France. This agreement concerns all Dassault Systèmes SE employees living in France and to whom Article L. 5212-13 of the French Labor Code applies.

2019-2022 Assessment:

2.67% at end-2022: the employment rate among people with disabilities varies constantly.

Keys to succeed:

Commitment from top management, key players within the company (HR, managers, the disability organization, health services, French labor and management representatives or partenaires sociaux, etc.) and high-quality external partners;

A bold new approach to attract talent, foster integration and establish sustainable procedures;

Development of training and upskilling territorial initiatives in order to address employment barriers for persons with disabilities;

Management of individual situations by a multidisciplinary team, regular meetings with the disability organization, manager and team support and individual assistance (material, training, financial aid, transport, etc.) greatly contribute to sustained employment at Dassault Systèmes SE for persons with disabilities.

The 2019-2022 four-year agreement aims to:

  • Foster company commitment to the occupational integration of persons with disabilities;
  • Strengthen the primary employment aspects for persons with disabilities: initial training, employability, accessibility, career advancement, sustainability;
  • Value and involve those within the company who help implement the policies;
  • Change people’s perception about disabilities, particularly when it comes to invisible and unusual ones;
  • Highlight the value of uniqueness within the company to leverage innovation.

Who can benefit?

  • Persons with disabled worker status (Reconnaissance de la Qualité Travailleur Handicapé or RQTH in France) or Permanent Partial Disability (PPD) with a 10% minimum impairment rating
  • Recipients of an invalidity pension or holders of a disability card (>80%)

How to obtain disabled worker status?

You must file an application at the Maison Départementale des Personnes en Situation de Handicap (MDPH) – French Departmental Home for Disabled Persons  in your location (geographical department).
