How to access to 3DEXPERIENCE Platform on cloud?

>> To access to your 3DEXPERIENCE platform, you need: 

  • To check the compatibility of your environment with 3DEXPERIENCE platform on cloud, thanks to the Cloud Eligibility tool.
  • A 3DEXPERIENCE ID, the unique access to your 3DEXPERIENCE platform and all Dassault Systèmes private content.

Are Penetration tests conducted to assess the security of your corporate and hosting environments?

>> Penetration testing are conducted by internal security teams at Dassault Systèmes. Additionally, Penetration testing are conducted by external security professionals. We continuously scan for vulnerability on cloud production and testing environments.

Does 3DEXPERIENCE Platform only communicate over HTTPS utilizing TLS 1.0 or higher?

>> 3DEXPERIENCE Platform Services are made available via public internet using HTTPS and XMPP secured via TLS v1.2 AES 256 bit encryption.

What is the SLA of the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform on cloud?

>> Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) is available here.

What is the authentication system used to connect to 3DEXPERIENCE Platform on cloud?

>> A 3DEXPERIENCE ID, the unique access to your 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

How the password are encrypted?

>> 3DEXPERIENCE ID passwords are hashed with SHA-512 and use a random salt.

What are the 3DS Privacy Policies?
