Meet the Online User Excellence Center

You are now ready to run the 3DEXPERIENCE platform on cloud.

A team of cloud experts, the Online User Excellence Center is ready to support you during your experience.

You can reach the Online User Excellence Center, 24 hours a day, from Monday to Friday by:

  • Calling depending on your country. You can interact with your local Online User Excellence Center.
  • Chat in the cloud support section, a pop-in will appear if agents are available.

Connect and share on our online communities

Access to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform community

New 3DEXPERIENCE platform members or members who have been granted new roles are regularly added to the Online Support Communities.

However, because it is not an automatic process, you may need to request the access to the community. If so, log into the 3DEXPERIENCE community. A request form will appear. Mention in this request form that you are a user of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and we will grant you access.

You also have a direct access to the Support Community from the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. Click on the Help icon and select Support Community.

Other Brand Apps communities

Other communities on your Brand Apps experiences are also accessible. However, access is not automatically granted. 

In order to be part of other online support communities, please connect to the community you wish to join. A request form will appear. Tell us why you would like to be part of this community and we will grant you access:

Report a problem on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform community

How to report a problem? 

You can report a problem, whether it is technical or non-technical on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform community support tab. Please fill in the information about your issue and click send.

You'll receive an email confirming your request has been submitted to our Online User Excellence Center.

Follow up the status of my service request

In the widget "My Service Request" on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform community support tab, you'll be able to manage all your service requests.

Through this widget, you can follow up the status of your service requests and interact with the Online User Excellence Center.
