Our Support Services for Companies

Dassault Systemes offers four support services packages:

The support services packages available for Dassault Systèmes Licensed Program licensed under your End User License Agreement with Dassault Systèmes are, either:

  • Secure*, the level of support as a basis

or

  • Advantage*, including SECURE level, is the service level provided for V6 products and ENOVIA MatrixOne 10.8
