DS solutions provide a full integrated set of tools for Systems Engineering and software integration. The Systems Engineering solution allow requirements for the whole product to be defined at the system level before being sent to the software engineering discipline. The NPDI (New Product Development and Introduction) project management tools, including deliverable, risk and issue management are available for all disciplines and can be directly accessed in the specific software engineering environment or in the global multi-disciplinary PLM environment. Configuration management for software is integrated into global product configuration as well as change management, allowing all Mechatronics disciplines to collaborate effectively for all product evolutions.
