How to get an account for Customer Support Portal?
If you have not received your login/password yet by email, please follow the procedure below.
This account will then allow you to access all private content of your DS Support Portal:
*Following information will be required to open your account: Prefix, First Name, Last Name, email and Customer site ID Number (available in the "License Key Delivery Notice" or in the "Key Availability Notice).

Use the Knowledge Base or Resource Library to find your solution
SUBMIT
Contact your Customer Support Center or Submit a Request online to report an incident
