ENOVIA VPM Change Tracking optimizes how design changes are implemented in the context of the cross-functional product launch process through new state transition checks and simplified user access to enterprise project status.
  • Business logic can be implemented to check for certain conditions before an Engineering Change Action (ECA) transitions to a new maturity level
  • These transition checks can ensure that all necessary design activity has been completed and status reported at the design and enterprise level is accurate
  • Designers can easily update their "Change Task" status directly from the VPM user interface to encourage more frequent updates *
