SCM
SCM is the acronym for Supply Chain Management.
SCM is a business strategy that helps companies coordinate the flow of goods, information, and finances among the participating companies in the value chain. From a structural standpoint, a supply chain refers to the complex network of relationships that companies maintain with trading partners to source, manufacture and deliver products. It can also be called Extended Enterprise.
