Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation letter via email within 10 days.
Please print and bring it to the registration area in the hotel.

Method 2:
We will send you the relevant information via short message service two 2 days before the forum.
Please bring this message to the registration area in the hotel.

You can choose either of the above methods. The staff will arrange your accommodation and pass you the forum badge, room card and other relevant material.

NOTE: Single and double room will be arranged for you according to the standard charge of the forum.
