Sylvain Laurent was appointed Executive Vice President, PLM Business Transformation (BT) in April 2011.

In this position, he is responsible for PLM sales to large accounts, as well as for PLM solutions and services worldwide. He is qlso a member of the Executive Committee.

Mr. Laurent joined Dassault Systèmes in 2008 as head of BT Sales in Europe with a solid experience in large accounts management. He has been instrumental in enabling Dassault Systèmes to pursue the transformation of its "go-to-market" strategy.

Mr. Laurent has more than 25 years of experience in the PLM domain, having worked previously at Siemens PLM Software and IBM PLM, as well as having created a PLM consulting and system integration company.
