Numeric Precision Formatting



ENOVIA Studio Modeling Platform now supports precision formatting for all numeric attributes in order to ensure data is entered and displayed accurately for mathematical calculations.
  • Optionally define attributes to keep all decimal positions entered by the user
  • Optionally display the user entry to match a specified number format before and/or after the decimal point
  • For example, an attribute format of "%05.2f" will display a user entry of 1.5 as 01.50
  • For attributes that have not had a value entered yet, API commands will now return an "empty string" instead of 0
