Analyzer: An equation based analysis output that precisely identifies the amount and source of variation within an assembly. 3DCS Advanced Analyzer creates an equation of the entire 3DCS model and displays the inputs (contributors/tolerances) and outputs (measurement results) and their relationships (Coefficients of Influence) in a graphical interactive matrix .

Optimizer: A tool for optimizing tolerances to achieve best quality based on a minimal cost or optimize quality based on a fixed budget. Optimize tolerances to achieve best quality at a minimum cost. Allocate largest possible tolerances (larger tolerance = less cost) while still meeting dimensional objectives. Optimize quality for a given fixed budget. Allocate largest possible tolerance at the least amount of cost to achieve Target Cost. In this case it may be possible that dimensional objectives are not met.
