CAA V5 is the acronym for Component Application Architecture Version 5.

CAA V5 is Dassault Systèmes' comprehensive, open development platform that enables developers to integrate their solutions with Dassault Systèmes' PLM portfolio. Dassault Systèmes' CAA V5 Software Community Program permits independent software vendors to develop, sell and support CAA V5-based applications fully integrated with the Dassault Systèmes PLM solution and CATIA, SIMULIA, ENOVIA, DELMIA and 3DVIA product lines. This collaboration expands Dassault Systèmes' PLM offering and gives customers a larger set of PLM solutions to meet their specific industrial needs.
