The combination of ART tracking systems with Dassault Systemes software solutions allows the user to immerse himself into his virtual world. The support of headtracking enables the user to experience his virtual model in a very natural way. Devices such as Fingertracking or Flystick help the user to intuitive manipulate virtual objects, e.g. for doing assembly/disassembly studies. ART's full body Motion Capture enables the user to fully control a virtual human (i.e. in CATIA/DELMIA/3DVIA) in realtime, without any programming. The Motion Capture target set is available in an optical and a hybrid (i.e. optical fused with inertial) variant. The hybrid variant allows for continued tracking if the optical targets are obstructed.
