This section provides Dassault Systèmes software and technology partners with privileged access to resources and services within the frame of their partnership, as well as share information with Dassault Systèmes.
The following resources and services are provided through the Dassault Systèmes' DSx.Client Care & Order. Partners' DS Passport login and password will enable access to DSx.Client. Access within DSx.Client is user-specific depending on the user's role.
Under License Keys, partners have online access to submit requests for licenses provided with their agreement and search their license request history.
In the New Media Download & Order section, partners can download or order media, access service packs and download hot fixes for the DS products provided with their agreement. Partners can view their media order and download history in the Search Media Download & Order section.
In the Service Request section, partners can submit new service requests for programming assistance (i.e. developer support) that may be provided with their agreement or that was procured separately, search service requests and view their support services record.
Under Sales Report, V5 and V6 Software Partners will find the online royalty reports to be completed and submitted to Dassault Systèmes. Partners can also view previously submitted reports.
The DSx.Client provides partners with additional resources, including Knowledge Base (self-support web tool) and Contact Administration (contact registration & management).
Under Developer Training, partners will find course information and online registration. Partners can register for training that may be provided with their agreement, register additional employees or register for supplemental training courses.
On the CAA2 Developers Community Partners access community knowledge useful for V5 and V6 CAA and Automation software development. Access is granted to eligible CAA users using a professional email address via their DSX Client account.
Partners can interact with Dassault Systèmes employees and its ecosystem for a coordinated Go-to-Market within the Alliances Network. They benefit by accessing priviledged information, introducing their solutions, and finding the right people to collaborate.
