  • When working with advanced materials the sources of strength and weakness are found at the material microstructure level, where constituent materials interact and defects exist. MultiMechanics specializes in the analysis of these microstructurual interactions and has developed an interface to extend this technology into the Abaqus/CAE platform and Abaqus/Standard solver. Integration with Abaqus/Explicit is under development.
  • MultiMech For Abaqus lets users perform TRUE MultiscaleTM analysis using Abaqus as the part-level solver and MultiMech as the microstructural solver.  This concurrent two-way coupling is the first of its kind and offers users:
