Cancellation process:

 

Full payment can be refunded through April 30th, minus an administrative processing fee of 10,00€.


After April 30th, no cancellation and refund can be made.

The cancellation should be sent by fax to Publicis Kommunikationsagentur GmbH: 0049 (0) 89 904007 -5197.
