ENOVIA Supplier Representative

ENOVIA® Supplier Representative allows a buyer company’s suppliers to maximize their business relationship.

ENOVIA Supplier Representative enables suppliers to continuously improve the quality of parts that they provide and performance on their deliverables by proactively participating in the buying organization’s business processes. With ENOVIA Supplier Representative, suppliers can maintain their profiles ensuring an accurate representation of their capabilities in the buying company’s database. Suppliers can access part quality plans and development plans and submit their deliverables on-line for a simpler process and more accurate information. For deliverables requiring extensive work, suppliers can define additional work for their employees to perform. Suppliers can monitor their performance by accessing the buying organization’s feedback through supplier and plant scorecards. Suppliers can securely access all parts, bills of material (BOMs), and specifications to which the buyer company has assigned them responsibility.

    Supplier representatives are granted access to maintain information about their company and employees. Supplier profile management includes information about the supplier organization’s divisions and subsidiaries, capabilities, locations, people, acceptable file formats, and certifications that support part qualification.

    Suppliers can monitor and support their company’s part quality and development plans and submit accurate and timely deliverables in the form of documents. They can continuously improve performance by receiving feedback in the form of supplier and plant scorecards.
  • Secure Access to Assigned Parts
    ENOVIA Supplier Representative allows suppliers to search for assemblies and components to which the buying organization has given them responsibility. Suppliers can get a summary list of the parts they are responsible for, see details about each part, and view details about their responsibilities. Supplier can also access subcomponents to which they have been given visibility and access Computer-Aided-Design (CAD) models, CAD drawings, drawing prints, and reference document that are associated with the assigned parts.
