CENIT AG has been a consultancy and software specialist for the optimization of business processes in Product Lifecycle Management, Enterprise Information Management, Application Management Services and Business Optimization & Analytics since 1988. CENIT currently (01/2013) has over 720 employees world-wide and its customers include Allianz, BMW, Daimler, EADS Airbus, LBS, Metro, AXA and VW. A large number of customers are medium-sized enterprises, particularly in the financial services, automotive and mechanical engineering sectors, such as Dürr, ISE and Emil Bucher.

CENIT has become one of the leading consultancy and software companies for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) in co-operation with its partners Dassault Systèmes and SAP. The services range from the selection of suitable PLM software, process chain consultancy and the introduction of PLM solutions for the customer to comprehensive service solutions. CENIT is a acknowledged VAR for Dassault Systèmes products in the countries Germany, Austria, Switzerland, USA, Romania, The Netherlands and Luxembourg and with this accredited to offer the whole solution portfolio.CENIT also has an outstanding reputation as the largest European FileNet Partner in Enterprise Information Management (EIM), working primarily for financial service providers, utlity and commerce companies in the fields of business process and document management.

The development of the company is supported by its success in Application Management Services (AMS), in which CENIT operates critical company applications relating to PLM or EIM for customers. Well-known customers such as BMW, Allianz, Mann+Hummel, VW, VR Kreditwerke, Wüstenrot & Württembergische and medium-sized enterprises such as Sidler and Kuhn & Möhrlein have been using CENIT’s Application Management expertise for years.

CENIT`s extensive relationship and experience with Dassault Systemes solutions dates back to the 1988 when CENIT started as IBM Business Partner to sell, educate and support CATIA. Over the years in working with Dassault Systemes, CENIT entered into different types of partnerships with Dassault Systemes, DELMIA and ENOVIA, leading to CENIT's VAR partner status in 2008.
