Cancellation of registration at the initiative of the participant

In case of cancellation by the participant, Dassault Systèmes (DS) reserves the right to charge a penalty :

• 100% of the price in case of cancellation within less than or equal to 5 days before commencement date
• 50% of the price in case of cancellation within a period of 6 to 9 days before commencement date
• There is no penalty if cancellation is within a period exceeding 10 days before commencement date

Replacement is accepted at any time. Changing a participant must still be notified by sending DS an email before training begins.

Cancellation of registration at the initiative of DS

DS reserves the right to cancel a course at least 10 days before the course start date. We will make every effort to register the trainee in a similar course at the same site or on the same date, depending on student preference.
