Recognize and Reward our Teams’ Passion to Innovate

“3DS Innovation Forwards”is an annual program that rewards the most innovative initiatives pursued by 3DS teams within the Group. Launched in 2004, this worldwide contest fosters 3DS social innovation dynamic while strengthening the understanding of the company’s projects and strategy. All 3DS teams can submit an initiative through an online 3DSSWYM community, explaining the value they bring to Industry Experience, User Experience, Customer & Partner Engagement, Technology for 3DEXPERIENCE Platform & 3DS Corporate Experience. This exciting competition gathers all 3DS People around the world: the 2012 contest revealed 265 candidate projects and 26 winning teams!

 

A commitment to offering new career opportunities for disabled people

In order to bring together all talents, Dassault Systèmes has implemented a proactive policy to develop employability of disabled people. The Group has launched a range of initiatives, including internships, apprenticeships, etc., for high-school and university students with disabilities).
In addition, Dassault Systèmes works with specialized centers for disabled job-seekers in providing software and materials, as well as in-house training at Dassault Systèmes, on the use of 3DS solutions.
The Group also provides sign language classes and awareness sessions to help other employees appreciate and understand the every-day workplace challenges faced by people with disabilities.
