DELMIA Shop Order Release 1 (SO1) enables the release of a Shop Order package (also called as Shop- Order-Instance-SOI) containing the Work Instruction Composer data for the requested configuration to production systems such as MES in preparation for the production launch.

The SOI contains extracted Work Instruction Composer data stored on the process plan in DELMIA Process Engineer in 3DVIA Composer format.

The SOIs can be viewed in the shop floor with standalone 3DVIA Composer Player or MES-integrated application, for example DELMIA - Work Instructions Player Visual (WPV) or DELMIA - Work Instructions Player Interactive (WPI).

DELMIA Shop Order Release 1 allows generation of packaged Shop Order Information datasets for consumption by internal and external systems.

Transitions mature work instructions to the shop floor
Work instructions created with the latest product, process, and resource information can be transitioned to the MES vendor on the shop floor representing an accurate "Build To" package for the shop floor worker. These build-to packages can be extracted using this product.

DELMIA Shop Order Release 1 allows fast extraction of configured Work Instructions authored with DELMIA - Work Instruction Composer without the need of a V5 configuration.
