Dassault Systèmes SA, a French corporate entity registered in the registry of commerce of Versailles under n° 322 306 440, located 10, Rue Marcel Dassault, 78140 Vélizy-Villacoublay, FRANCE, (hereinafter “DS”) processes Personal Data (as defined below) of people browsing the www.3ds.com website of Dassault Systèmes (the "Site").

This “Privacy Policy” lets You (as defined below) know how DS collects and uses Your Personal Data and how You can control its use.

3.  PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA CONCERNING CHILDREN

DS affirms its commitment to the protection of the Personal Data of children. In this respect, DS does not knowingly collect, conserve or store Personal Data or Non-Personal Data of children under 18 years of age. Moreover, no part of the Site is directed to children under 18 years of age.
